By registering as a customer on the Platform, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms. 6.2.8 engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or other Members or expose them to liability;

7.1 By using our Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, actions, suits, proceedings, judgments, orders, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys\' fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to any of the following:

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 You and we agree that these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California state in the United States of America (without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof) and that any dispute between you and us concerning our Platform or arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
8.2 Except where prohibited by applicable law, any claim or cause of action by you concerning our Platform or arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

9.2 If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

The Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.
