Please disable HEIC format in your iOS camera settings before starting KYC, as it's not compatible.

To disable HEIC as the default image format on an iPhone or iPad, you can do the following:

・Open the Settings app
・Tap Camera Image 1
・Tap Formats Image 2
・Under Camera Capture section, select: Most Compatible from High Efficiency Image 3

*After making this change, all new photos and videos will be saved as JPEG. **After completing KYC, you can revert your camera settings back to HEIC.

Please disable HEIC format in your Android camera settings before starting KYC, as it's not compatible.

・Open Camera App
・Access Camera Settings: Look for the settings gear icon and tap on it to access camera settings
・Find Image Quality or Format: Depending on your device, look for options related to image quality or image format. Ex: Image 1
・Switch the toggle key to Disable HEIC

*After making this change, all new photos and videos will be saved as JPEG. **After completing KYC, you can revert your camera settings back to HEIC.
